I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in San Sebastian. The rooms were very comfortable and provided a good base for us to explore the city. The staff were helpful and made our stay even better. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were quiet and had big comfy beds, and the breakfast buffet was fabulous. The location was good for walking around the city and to the beach and parks, but a bit far from the center. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff in all areas. I couldn't have asked for more at this hotel! The rooms were small but had a big comfy king-size bed, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a spacious bath, all in a quiet and nicely decorated space. The service from reception to housekeeping was excellent, and they even helped us with transfer service and provided free tickets for the film festival. The location was convenient with a bus station outside, though slightly far from main attractions. Dining was a feast with a great spread of meats, cheeses, and pastries. Overall, a great value for the money.

The room I stayed in had a great view, but it was on the smaller side and surprisingly expensive compared to other places I've stayed at during my Europe trip. The smell of the kitchen lingering in the room was a downside, but when we switched to a family room, it was absolutely superb.
